Intervallo is a case of love at first sight, a project whose sole function is decoration itself. A ceramic bas relief portraying a Madonna and Child, a familiar image from the European figurative tradition, reinterpreted in an original way through light.

Intervallo is a creation born from the Battiti research project, a laboratory of pure experimentation on light and ceramics presented in 2022. It is a sculpture in which the light source is used as a material to construct forms and volumes.
Foscarini, with Andrea Anastasio and Ceramica Gatti 1928, explores new interpretations of light, which takes on the character of a material in the dialogue with ceramics.
