Large E27 module – code E27E071

The safety and quality of products are vital characteristics for Foscarini.

All our lamps are tested and approved in compliance with the strictest applicable standards.

Nevertheless, we have received some reports regarding the possible malfunctioning of our item “Large E27 module” code E27E071 produced in 2019 which, in very rare cases, cannot be fitted correctly on some of our glass diffusers, and more specifically the Gregg Grande, Gem and Tartan diffusers, causing the luminaire to malfunction; a mechanical fault in the internal spring, which is not visible from the outside, yet which is accentuated during the installation operations and more precisely during the insertion, planarity adjustment and blocking of the diffuser.

In keeping with our unwavering commitment to supplying products of the highest levels of quality and reliability, and despite the fact that only a handful of defectiveness cases were reported to us, we invite customers who purchased this product during the period spanning January – July 2019 to contact their local authorised Foscarini dealer or, alternatively, contact Foscarini directly by writing to customerservice@foscarini.com to get appropriate assistance.
