Exclusive Preview at Rinascente Duomo, Milan: Twiggy Elle & Caboche Plus

Two jewel-window settings, designed by Ferruccio Laviani, showcase an exclusive preview of the latest Foscarini products: Twiggy Elle and Caboche Plus.

An new window setting that is an hymn to the art of lighting is on display at the Rinascente store in Piazza Duomo, Milan. Foscarini will be the protagonist of this installation until February 22nd, with an exclusive preview of Caboche Plus and Twiggy Elle, icons of style and design, now presented in upgraded versions capable of translating and evolving their character and functionality.

Twiggy, the lamp that makes flexibility its signature, embodied in a distinctive graphic design, has now become – in the new version Elle – even more flexible. The new Twiggy Elle joins the already numerous family of models, adding a new function: the new rod shifts the diffuser even further away from the base offering greater freedom of spatial design and making the lamp perfect for new and different lighting needs. A charismatic but never intrusive presence, thanks to its lightness design and to its luminous atmosphere – which has been renewed too with a new double-sided LED board that provides a more comfortable and warmer ambient glow.

Caboche Plus is an upgrade of the original Caboche project – one of Foscarini’s best sellers that made its debut in 2005, based on an intuition that was as powerful as it was simple: a precious lamp, like a beaded bracelet. Today, completely restyled relying on new technologies and a further step of simplification, Caboche Plus develops the basic concepts of the original project: even more transparency, brightness and lightness. New zigzag arches – which become completely invisible; new spheres – which become real gems of light; new twist-lock attachment system – simpler and more stable; new LED light unit, designed by Foscarini, which is capable of combining unprecedented light rendering with energy efficiency; and finally a new color, gray, that represents a sophisticated and modern addition to the iconic and beloved transparent version.

This exclusive preview will be on display at Rinascente Duomo, Milan until February 22nd, where you can see also Twiggy Wood – presented for the first time in September 2020 – the floor lamp that combines lightness with the warmth of wood, resulting in a surprisingly elegant synthesis.
