Ten new products presented at Euroluce 2019

18/04/2019

Foscarini took part in Euroluce 2019 with a space of great theatrical impact designed by the architect Ferruccio Laviani as a context for the company’s many new products.

The panorama ranges from Sun – Light of Love, the suspension lamp by Tord Boontje, who with this project has managed to bring the sun into the home, to Belle de Jour, an impressive floor lamp in technical fabric by Ilaria Marelli; from Madre by Andrea Anastasio, an intimate object packed with different meanings and levels of interpretation, to Gioia, also by Anastasio, a precious wall lamp that adorns the home like a pendant. Ferruccio Laviani has created three new models: the striking and “urbane” UpTown, the Tobia “portable” and the Newton wall lamp. Nuée is poetic design of remarkable visual impact, the result of lengthy research on the material, in a dramatic suspension lamp by Marc Sadler, while Ludovica & Roberto Palomba contribute the Palomar model, a rigorous floor lamp that offers two different lighting scenarios. Finally, Beep is a wall lamp that rotates by 360° on its base, for a service light offering great visual comfort.

Besides the ten new products, Foscarini presents the MyLight project in a special space, an intelligent system that combines today’s cutting-edge technology with the distinctive touch of Foscarini.

The lamps in the MyLight version – available for a wide range of models with built-in and retrofit LEDs from the Foscarini collection – make it possible to control and personalise light in a simple, intuitive way. From a smartphone or tablet, thanks to a dedicated app it is possible to turn lamps on and off, to adjust light intensity and colour temperature, making the spaces of life even more unique and individual.
