Foscarini further expands in the Asian market by opening a local affiliate in Shanghai.
Foscarini creates, produces and sells decorative lamps of distinctive design all over the world. Distributed in 88 countries through a network of 2800 multibrand stores and two flagship stores in Milan and New York – Foscarini Spazio Monforte and Foscarini Spazio SoHo – the firm has operated for a number of years in Asia.
With the opening in 2018 in Tokyo of Foscarini Japan KK – the second foreign commercial affiliate, after the United States – and the launch in 2019 of a direct sales affiliate in Shanghai, relying on a local warehouse and personnel, Foscarini reinforces its presence in the territory, confirming the intention to increase sales on extra-European markets and to consolidate the relationship of trust with Asian consumers, also thanks to the offering of products with the CCC (China Compulsory Certificate).
Confirming the central role of the Chinese market in its commercial strategy, Foscarini takes part for the fourth consecutive year in the Salone del Mobile.Milano Shanghai, held from 20 to 22 November 2019 at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre.
