Intervallo comes to life within the framework of the experimental project on light and ceramics, “Battiti,” presented by Foscarini with Andrea Anastasio in 2022. A wall lamp with diffused light, it is made in handmade ceramic, set into an aluminum structure and mirror-polished stainless steel frame. The LED strips on the sides of the bas-relief portraying a Madonna and Child, are coated in silicone for enhanced light distribution. Intervallo comes in a single version glazed in a shiny berrettino colour, a traditional blue-grey hue typical of Faenza majolica.
